Does Neutrogena work better then clean and clear?

Does neutrogena deep clean gentle scrub work better then clean and clear morning burst? I have both but I don't know which one to use.Does Neutrogena work better then clean and clear?

I have used both and totally recommend the Neutrogena! That is my opinion.
