Can i use neutrogena acne treatment kit and neutrogena rapid clear together?

I just recently bought the Acne treatment kit by neutrogena. I also bought neutrogena 8 hour rapid clear pads.


would it be bad for my skin if i use them both?

I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at.





I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

use 6 hours apart. Like one in the morning. When you get home from school use the clear pads only. At night use plain warm water to rinse and clean. Not super hot water. Then cold water to cool the skin.
if you over wash your face it actually makes it break out more
