just once it will wash all your natural oils away if you use it more than that
If you over wash your skin, you may strip the oils from it and cause even more breakouts. Read the directions, does it say to use it more then once? Maybe morning and night? Or you could just face that it might not work for your skin and go to something else.
use it no more than twice! day and night. it takes almost 6 motnhs to see results, long time thats the time skin reacts to a new product. just be patient
one to three times..like in the morning..midday and at night...reduce back to two or one..if it bothers u, otherwise this should help!
as many times as it says on the bottle, but careful over cleasing can make you brake out more
