How do you make the neutrogena wave foam up?

i bought the neutrogena wave and its brand new. I tried it out last night and i thought it would foam up, but it didnt. I read the directions and i did everything correct, so i dont know why its not working. so far im just using it without the faom. Does anyone know how to make the neutrogena wave foam up?How do you make the neutrogena wave foam up?
it really doesnt foam up very much. i use the wave and if i use it on my face in a circular motion, it gets a little foamy. but it still works the same if its not foamyHow do you make the neutrogena wave foam up?
maybe they just dont foam-maybe its just a crappy/false product, you could have bought one that was defective? if you followed the direction like wetting the pad while its on the machine/handle than it should have foamed if not you could get a new one-if that one doesnt foam its probably the product itself or the store batch

Gentle enough to be used daily:





1. Attach a disposable pad to attachment head.





2. Hold power cleanser under running water to activate foaming.





3.Turn on cleanser by pressing power button and gently massage over face. Avoid the delicate eye area.
I have you kinda can't.


They work good but they only make it look like it foams on the Commercial for advertisement.

the same thing happend her too. but it does work really well. i mean it's not like an acne cleaner and all, they even mention that. but it does clean the face really well. your face feels like really smooth after using it.
Well, it will never foam like it does on the commercials. But to make it foam a decent amount, get the pad wet and ';massage'; it before you put it on the wave.

use circular motions and rub the water into the pad a bit
It doesn't foam up lol. The reason why it is so good and makes your face so clean is because it doesn't.
Well it dosn't foam up exactly how it does on the commercials.
