Does Neutrogena Pore Refining Cleanser or Biore Perfect Deep Cleansing Pore Strips works better?

I have large visible pores, blackhead, white heads. Oily areas, but my cheeks are very sensitive. Please help, i have done some research and planning to buy one of these 2 product. I cant try both becuz im on a budget. So please help.

I'd think the strips because the cleanser you put on your cheeks- which you say are sensitive. You can use a gentle/regular cleanser and the pore strips, which are only for nose, and theres one package that has ones for face, not cheeks.
