and the wave massages your skin, so i'd wash off my makeup with water, then use a wipe and then use the wave.
you probably don't want to make your makeup go into your skin, so better to be safe!
Like any facial cleanser, twice a day to get the best results. And nope, it gets makeup off for you :)
