I got The Wave for christmas and i'm not sure how often to use it?How often should you use the Neutrogena The Wave?

Once or Twice a day. It is recommended that you wash your face once in the morning and once at night. So I assume you would use the wave as often as recommended for washing your face. Read the directions just to be sure.

depends on your skin type but i use mine every other day (just be sure to use a moisturizer after too)
If your skin is really sensitive, don't use it more than once every other day. If your skin is slightly sensitive, once everyday should do the trick, and if your skin isn't that sensitive at all, you could use it once in the morning and once at night. (:
