The 4 neutrogena products I have are oil-free acne wash, oil-control foaming cleanser, cleanser-mask, and acne defense face lotion. Is there any that are alike that I should just return?I have 4 neutrogena ance products, what order should I use them in?
You don't need two cleansers/ washes. However, if you don't want to return one of them you can switch it up every week. Don't do it every day as your skin does need to get used to a routine. So here is your order
Oil-Free Acne Wash (everyday)
then
Acne defense lotion (everyday)
The cleanser mask (only once a week but no more than twice)
or
Oil-Control Foaming Cleanser
Acne defense lotion
then
The cleanser mask (only once a week but no more than twice)
It is not necessary to use a mask on your face everyday
It is important to stick with only using a facial mask once a week. While you can never get enough of the relaxation benefits that come with using a face mask, your skin does. Overusing a face mask can strip your skin of necessary oil; in turn, your skin overcompensates by creating too much oil, making it look even worse.
Unless the directions on the mask say its okay, refrain from using a facial mask more than once a week to get the best benefits possible for your skin.I have 4 neutrogena ance products, what order should I use them in?
Use either the acne wash or the foaming cleanser but not both because they're both a wash and it will dry your face out. I would only use the mask 1-2 times a week and use the face lotion daily after washing.
mask
cleanser
wash
lotion
i would say the acne wash goes first, foaming cleanser, cleanser mask, then the lotion. but at the same time the cleanser and cleanser mask seem the same so i would take one back.
in order listen up
1) Mask
2) Cleanser
3) Wash
4) Lotion
Oil control foaming cleanser--- morning
Oil-free acne wash--- night (before bed)
Cleanser mask--- 1-3 times per week
Acne defense face lotion--- always after washing face
don't use them all at the same time because that will cause you to break out even more. I know from experience.
